Items are usually shipped within 48 hours of placing the order. We will let you know if it will be longer. Larger items may need to be shipped by truck and may take 5-10 days to arrive. items shipped outside of the USA may take up to 14 days to arrive once it has shipped-this depends on the shipping method.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All items returned must be in new and unused condition,with all tags and original packaging. If item has been used or worn we can not accept your return.
When returning you must indicate your reason to exchange /return within 5 days of the date of delivery.This can be done by emailing Spoiled Rotten or by calling 530-306-4860. Spoiled Rotten MUST approve the exchange/return giving you a return code for all exchanges and returns.
Returned items: Must be received within 10 business days of the date of delivery.We recommend you return your item in the original package,and please send by USPS United States Postal Service. Must have the return code to return.
Exchanges: Upon receipt of the returned item,you will be shipped your exchange item and emailed a confirmation. Buyer pays all shipping fees. Unless Spoiled Rotten shipped in error. Must have the return code to exchange.
Original Shipping and Handling: fees are not refundable.
Returned shipping and handling fees are not refundable without authorization in writing by Spoiled Rotten. When shipped free and returned we can take shipping costs out of the the original dollar amount.

Refunds: Upon receipt of returned item or out of stock items,the refund will be processed to the credit card with which you originally paid with. We will email you a confirmation.

If you find that the item is damaged upon shipping please inform us immediately. We will make our best effort to replace the item; some items may run out of stock. If we can't replace the item, we will credit you account once we receive the item back.
